Team CP - Sunday morning group ride
Join our fun Team CP group ride. This is not your normal long boring bunch ride. Following a similar pattern to our Wednesday summer rides our qualified coaches will challenge you and ensure that you continue to learn and improve your riding during winter. All abilities welcome

Monday Run Group
Monday Run Group: Meet at 11:50am for a 12noon start at The Frontrunner Shop in the Spotlight mall, Colombo St. These sessions will help you improve your running fitness & technique or if you have had a hard training or racing weekend you can use it as a recovery run & miss out the hard bits! The running circuit varies from local parks, alongside the river banks & sometimes we even make it to the hills! There's always something new so come and join in the fun.
