The programme has started can I still join?
Yes absolutely, we have two start dates for the programme you can choose to either get a discount on the programme or extend your membership after the Kaikoura Whale Run.
I am just a beginner - will I be able to keep up?
We recommend that you start at our Thursday session as it is a flat session. Your run will be structured so no matter what your ability, you can challenge yourself at your own level. We incorporate a series of intervals and laps to run as well as fun team games so everyone can set their own pace and gather together at the end of the challenge. Everyone will finish the interval at the same time, some people will just run further than others.
We have multiple coaches available at our first session of the programme to make sure that everyone is catered for and you can find others of a similar level to run with. As the programme continues you will develop your running together and motivate each other to improve.
I have run a couple of half marathons is this for me?
Yes - we have runners of all abilities from those that are walk running to those that are running 3 hour marathons. Therefore you will find people that are a similar level to yourself and our experienced coaches (Karen and Simon) will extend you.
