Your swimming should set you up for having a good race and not be something that puts you behind and have you constantly trying to play catch up on the bike and the run, all the while thinking “if only…”.

Our swim coaching programme is individualised to your needs as a result of a thorough swimming analysis.  This analysis will then provide the basis of your technique development as you build towards your big event.  The key aspects that we analyse are:

  • Posture, head position (are you in the most streamlined, relaxed position possible?),
  • Stroke quality (length, lightness, rhythm and propulsion),
  • Core connection,
  • Breathing,
  • Kicking,
  • Coordination.
