    A good baseline diet is the best foundation that supports your busy and active lifestyle and your essential nutritional needs.
  • Food selection and guidance

    There are a lot of choices to make around food and supplements - let your Nutritionist make it easier for you

  •  Practical advice on Before, During, & After exercise

    We devise effective eating and drinking strategies for optimal performance and recovery so you adapt from the hard work put into your training and also keep your immunity high. We also teach you how to make appropriate pre-event snacks and food choices during training and competition.
  •  Optimise your body compsosition

    Manage your levels of body fat without compromising your      performance or lean muscle mass, or build muscle mass in a healthy manner without gaining unwanted body fat.
  • Tailored Training Meal plan

    A training plan will meet your energy and protein needs. A Hydration plan can determine your individual sweat rate and a  personalised hydration plan can be developed to ensure you dont get dehydrated which would otherwise slow you down.
  • Tailored Competition Nutrition Plan

    Having a plan for events will maximize your performance, as well as maximise the enjoyment of the experience. Pre-event, During event, and Post-event food and fluid planning is included. This can include a Carbohydrate loading plan for events lasting longer than 90 minutes.
