Complete Performance deliver a variety of individual and group running sessions that will allow you to challenge yourself, learn new skills and practice them in a fun, safe environment. We employ top level Tutors that are not only experts in their field but have the skills to portray this knowledge to you. 1. Monday Run GroupBook here These sessions will help you improve your running fitness & technique or if you have had a hard training or racing weekend you can use it as a recovery run & miss out the hard bits! The running circuit varies from local parks, alongside the river banks & sometimes we even make it to the hills! Theres always something new so come and join in the fun. Click here for more information


2. Tuesday Winter Running group:  As from 1st April: Book here Based Francis Reserve, Cashmere Road, Westmorland, this group session will ensure that you stay motivated and have fun during the winter months. Excellent tuition and a great group of people will help you to improve your running through running technique, intervals, and team challenges. All abilities welcome. Click here for more information


3. Thursday Running Group: Book here Held at Francis Reserve @ Westmorland (April 11th-26th September ).This group will encourage you to get started and help you to take your running to the next level. The fun motivating environment will mean that you will be iching for Thursdays to arrive each week. Click here for more info



4. Running Technique: Go faster with less effort! Train smarter and get your running technique reviewed by our expert run coaches Karen and Simon. Good technique will enable you to run more efficiently and comfortably. Give yourself a headstart; run faster and reduce the chance of injury! Contact us to get started

5.  Sunday runs:  Monthly runs lead by Simon Length of the run will start at 10km or so building up to 15km over the months; people coming should be able to run 10km in sub 1hr 05 - the emphasis is on it being a social run. Click here for more information.


6. Off Road Running Technique: If you want to become more confident and comfortable running across rough terrain that includes rocks, boulders and tree roots then these sessions are for you. You will come away with a good understanding of the skills required for technical running and a variety of drills that you can practice in your own training sessions. Contact us to get started.


7. Team CP City to SurfMake the choice to join Team CP - City 2 Surf 2013 and turn up to your event (14km or 6km) ready and confident that you will be able to achieve your goalClick here for the details.

8Tuesday Summer Running group:  As from 2nd October: Book here Based at Halswell Quarry during daylight saving months this fun offroad running session will help you take your running to the next level. 9. Team Kaikoura Whale Run:  Become part of our team and train with us in the build up to the Kaikoura 10km, or 1/2 Marathon. Following on from the success of our Team CP - City to Surf and Team Cp Christchurch Marathon our skilled coaches will train with you to become fitter, faster and have more fun as you prepare to tackle this scenic event. Starts 9th July, or 6th August 2012

 

10. Team CP Marlborough Marathon: This training team is aiming for this stunning event which offers the following events: 5km, 10km, half and full marathon. Come along and make this your target  for early summer. Further details are here.
