The coaching process is most effective when your coach can train with you on a regular basis to give you direct technique feedback and to get a feel for how you are coping with the current training load. Personal Training is the best way to achieve this.
Our qualified, experienced coaches will run a session for you that has a specific objective and give you technique feedback along the way. Personal Training is also a great way keep your training fresh, challenging and fun by going somewhere different and trying something new.
They can be done as a one off casual session or as part of a coaching package. You don’t have to be coached by Complete Performance to take this opportunity.
