1. Mountain Bike Foundation Skills- Whether you're new to Mountain Biking or have been riding for years but experiencing difficulty on trails with technical features, this course will help you develop the solid skills that will give you the foundation on which to build your riding.

There are several key elements that form the basis of good technique, once learnt and implemented they will enable you in combination with practise, experience and confidence to progress your riding to advanced, technical tracks.
