My Role with Complete Performance:

 I specialise in running coaching for all levels of abilities, this involves practical sessions focused on technique and performance. I also write training programs for running and multisport events that are specific to your goals and realistic to work in with your lifestyle.

Why I love my job / sport:

 I get to be part of many peoples adventures in the great outdoors, its very rewarding and the perfect lifestyle for me.

Recommended Event:

Running: Loop The lake. An awesome 25km off road race around Lake Rotoiti.
Lake Kaniere Multisport Race: A short and fun low pressure event that involves a run, kayak and road bike. Its perfect for those wanting to cut their teeth in the multisport scene or as a hard out sprint for the more experienced.
