Complete Performance run a variety of cycling group sessions that will allow you to challenge yourself, learn new skills and practice them in a fun, safe environment.  We employ top level Tutors that are not only experts in their field but have the skills to portray this knowledge to you.  Our Tutors are passionate about what they do and want to help you become the best you can be.

1. Tour de Spin - held at Wharanui School Hall during the winter. This is a great session that will help you improve your performance over the winter. All abilities catered so bring your road bike along and enjoy the fun! Click here for more information.

2. Team CP Sunday morning ride -  This ride is 90mins long and follows the same format as our popular Wednesday summer rides: flat intervals and hill work to develop your fitness, strength & technique so you can tackle your next event with confidence. Click here for more information and to book.

7.Road Cycling Confidence - Learn to have more fun on your bike and go faster by learning how to ride your bike properly. To allow riders to get the most from these sessions they are run as individual or groups of up to 4 riders.
