This is a chance for you practise your bunch riding skills and have a fun training ride with the CP team.

Our rides are 1.30 - 3 hours long and we can split into 4 groups so there's a level for everyone.

This is the weekly distance ride that will help you develop endurance for longer races. This is also an opportunity to develop bunch riding skills and event tactics.

When:

  • Saturday mornings
  • Meet at 8.10am to allow sign in and group organisation
  • Ride starts at 8.30am

Where:

  • Princess Margaret Hospital, Cashmere Rd

What to bring:

  • Drink
  • Snack
  • Puncture kit - tools, spare tube, pump
  • Appropriate clothing for the weather and forecast

Session season:

  • January 14th until March 31st
