We either have been or are athletes ourselves. We understand and appreciate that everyone is different and you are unique, so what works for many may not work for you, and this is why you need a plan taliored to your requirements with a professional who can make minor adjustments to refine and perfect your nutrition for your optimal performance.

What is involved in an individual nutrition consultation?
Individual Consultations
We carry out a comprehensive diet and lifestyle assessment and discuss your level of activity and training program (if you have one), food preferences and budget to ensure you receive a plan tailor-made to suit your lifestyle and personal requirements.
If appropriate, we may also take the following body composition measurements: height, weight, body girths, and waist to hip measurements.
You will be provided with:
- A nutrition summary highlighting areas to focus on
- Useful nutritional resources
- A personal nutrition plan - if appropriate
- The opportunity to learn more about nutrition and your body and making healthy food choices.
- Three key goals to get you started
You can choose from the following consultation structures:
- One-off consultation, pay as you go
- 10-12 week program, pay up front installments for consultations in advance (weekly, fortnightly, monthly)

Starting up
Generally two appointments (approximately 1 ¾ hours) are required for nutritional assessment and programming. Either a 15 minute follow up phone call or consultation within a week is highly recomended to catch up on your progress and to make any necessary adjustments.
On-going follow up allows for continued monitoring, adjustment of diet and on-going support. In follow-up consultations, we will review your progress and ensure you stay on track with goal setting, motivation and guidance.

One-off consultations
Get a kick start in managing your nutrition for sport and health.
Get the questions answered that you have always wanted to know, clarify nutrition information that has been confusing, get advice you need to progress your health and/or performance and start making a plan that sets you on the right track to nutritional success.

Programs (12 weeks duration)
Pre-book and pay in advance – commit to your goals, or pay as you go.
Programs include
- Dietary, Lifestyle, and Body composition assessment at the beginning, middle, and end
- Nutrition consultations and reviews
- Meal plan with on-going adjustments
- Weekly Support, Motivation, Accountability, Professional Advice
- Weekly communication and dietary monitoring to keep you accountable, on track, and motivated to suceed with a new goal to focus on each week

EAT TO COMPETE Reach your PB (personal best) with the race you are peaking for!
A guide to sports nutrition for a specific event which includes:
- What to eat before and during the race to fuel you for your best performance
- What to do after the event for proper recovery.
This is a development plan leading up to an event. You recieve on-going one-on-one guidance to optimal baseline and performance nutrition.
You will receive comprehensive nutrition assessment & analysis, planning with regular monitoring, guidance, and follow up.
You will also learn tips on performance enhancement and how to deal with nutrition challenges along the way. We will practise different strategies in your training to maximise your individual potential by fine tuning your nutrition until we have a performance plan that works to your advantage.

SHAPE UP and GAIN CONTROL Lose 10% of your body weight and gain health & vitality!
Look and feel great when you decrease your body weight by 10% over a monitored nutrition and exercise programme. CP coaches and Nutritionist work closely to ensure the best service possible to ensure you get the results you are aiming for.
Learn how to eat well and enjoy healthy food. Make life-long changes that are sustainable and managable. Bring along your favourite recipes for healthier modification, and discuss healthy food swaps and snack and meal ideas that fit in with your living situation and daily lifesyle needs.
