Karen, Rosie, Simon, Richard, Debbie, Becky and Jo are all qualified and experiened at working with people on an individual level. We enjoy working with all kinds of people at all sorts of levels.

- Start up: This is the first thing your coach will take you through to ensure your programme is pitched at the correct level for you. Read here all the information about our start up process.

- Coaching Options: Your coach will develop a specific, personalised training plan for you. Both you and your coach will then devise a plan feedback and practical sessions so you get the most from every training session and event. Read here about the various options available
