Personalised training programme:
At Complete Performance we pride ourselves on our network of coaches and support specialists that work together to ensure that you get the most out of your training and racing. Now you have the freedom to decide how Complete Performance can work for you. Simply choose a level that suits your budget, then YOU decide the method of interaction and feedback with your coach and other specialist CP coaches. This could be a weekly PT session, text message, email, phone call, or group session (eg. Spin, run or circuit class).
The closer that we work with you the better that you will perform!

Individual Performance Plan(IPP) - Click here for an example
To achieve your complete performance means that you will need to peak physically and mentally at the right time. Your coach will structure your training plan to ensure the necessary components are emphasized during the correct time of the year. Periodising your training plan involves breaking the year up into smaller phases that are easier to manage. To do this we take into account the following:
- events you want to focus on,
- training phases,
- psychological skills training,
- physiological testing,
- biomechanical and anthropometry (body composition) testing,
- work and family commitments,
- any other strategies that we might use to allow you to achieve your complete performance such as heat acclimatization.
This is an essential process to make you use your time wisely and therefore you can train the appropriate components of fitness at the right time and as a result reach a performance peak for your event.
