Start up

This is the first thing that your coach will take you through to ensure your programme is pitched at the correct level for you.

  • Initial consultation
  • A overall plan to your event
  • Physical training plan
  • Follow up

Coaching Options

We offer a large range of coaching options to suit everybody’s needs (timeframes and budgets).  They range from incorporating personal training sessions to your package for local athletes  to communicating via phone, email and video conference if you are not able to see your coach on a regular basis.
 
Once the start up is performed you have the choice of the a number of training training packages.
