Triathlon & Ironman Coaching Options

To successfully complete a triathlon is a huge achievement that requires you to have the right skills, endurance and mental toughness. To achieve your goals requires a team effort, therefore we have specialist coaches that will help you learn or refine your swimming, cycling and running. Triathlon however is about bringing the 3 disciplines together as one performance.  To help you do this our qualified and experienced coaches will work closely with you to make sure that you get the most out of your training and have a race day to remember!

Training Plans .
Our individualised training programmes are tailored exactly to your needs and your specific goals so you will reap maximum benefits from your training time. Personal Training
One-on-one sessions tailored specifically to you needs.  They can be done as a one off casual session or as part of a coaching package. You don’t have to be coached by Complete Performance to take this opportunity. Click here to learn more.

 

Events
Complete Performance athletes target various events throughout the year.  You are you coach will work closely to tailor your individual training programme for your key events.  Popular target events include Physio Med Triathlons, Bloke's Tri, Contact Tri Series, Ashburton 1/2, Challenge Wanaka, and of course NZ Ironman. Group Training
Training in groups is more fun and complements your individual training plan! Learn new skills from the coach and of course the other athletes when you are having fun. While training with others you will develop your fitness, strength, technique as well as improving your confidence.
