Brain Injury Rehab Unit fundraiser

Thank you to all those that joined with us to help fundraise for the Brain Injury Rehab Unit at Burwood Hospital. Complete Performance had 23 people that took part in a quiz night last Saturday that raised over $4000 for the unit. Congratulations to one of our teams “Richardson’s Big Brain” that finished second (maybe due to a good choice of team mates Craig…) and also Leah who won four raffle draw prizes!

Kylie Rochford – Rookie Triathlete of the Year!

Congratulations to Complete Performance athlete Kylie Rochford who was named Rookie of the year with her at the Canterbury Tri clubs recent awards diner. This is as a result of her excellent progress during the season. Kylie is currently ramping up her training in her build up to the Age Group World champs in the Gold Coast in September. All the best for the year ahead Kylie!

“The half marathon yesterday was great I had a pb time of 1hr 46min I was on target to 1:45 but at the 19k mark my quads crammped up, I got 45 out of 263 in my age group so pretty pleased.”
