World wrestlings stars robbed of top spot on podium
Posted on March 30, 2009

Superman took out the best dressed section of Le Race during the weekend leaving our Complete Performance Wrestling Stars to stand 2nd and 3rd on the podium. After the decision was made there were cries of “his cape is only half size, he is not a real hero” and “give him the chair!”. However as professional athletes they simply chose to drown their sorrows in their 2nd place bottle of wine… and were last heard muttering “we’ll be back…”

Posted on March 28, 2009
Well done to all those that completed Le Race today. They include Mark Nevin, Kylie Rochford, Eleanor Wooff, Graeme Allen, Steve Wooff, Leighton Greer, Anita Paling, Jason MacDonald, Dom Stent, Henry Mitchell and Myself. It was a great day out with perfect weather. A special mention must go to Anita Paling who had to race down the hill to achieve her goal time of under 4 hours and Jason MacDonald who took 30mins off last years time!

Nadine Voice, Taupo Ironman NZ
Posted on March 21, 2009
“Someone asked how come I enjoyed it so much and I explained that I was so well prepared that all I had to do on the day was to follow the plan, smile and enjoy myself. Thank you for making sure that I was the best prepared that I could possibly be so that I could go out on the day and do my best and have a “complete performance”. I have enjoyed the whole thing, from the training right through to race day (yes even when I grumbled I was still enjoying it!!). Thanks you for keeping it interesting and making it fun!”. Dallis Parker Waters, MTB series final – Nelson
Posted on March 7, 2009
Thanks for the good luck txt it arrived at a perfect time: I was just wanting to run away and was questioning what I was doing there.
It was definately a wet and technical race in Nelson on Saturday.
Thanks for your support and helpping me to the nationals. I did get to stand up at prize-given and also acknowledge your and Helena’s help.
Really looking forward to the next 12 months and continue with the training.
I really have noticed a difference with your training and not just with the mt biking but throughout the many aspects of my life.
Cheers
Dallis Parker Waters
