Tour de Spin goes off!!

With daylight savings now here and a cold southerly whistling through we had big numbers at our Tour de Spin class last night. We had a total of 33 riders through both classes and it was great to see people having fun and pushing themselves to get the full benefit of the time spent training. Also well done to Nadine and Alastair who completed an hour hill run after the class, this is going to be a regular feature for all those that come along to the early class (only crazy people need apply for this option…). Also good work Graeme for toughing out and finishing two classes even though you wanted to leave after one and couldn’t – the mental toughness will come in handy for the 2nd lap around Taupo!
