The best way to improve your movement and reduce your chances of injury is to simply move and move in a way we as humans are designed to move. When training for an endurance event we often train for hours on end doing the same movements. The nature of these movements tend to be very one dimensional by nature. Use your body in different planes of movement by jumping, hopping, twisting, pushing, pulling all things that your body is designed to do.

This session is for all abilities and are designed to complement your current training. There will be different levels built into every class so everyone is supported and challenged.
